The Lithuanian national team utilized this popular action when posting their guards up during the 2013 FIBA European Championships. The action takes place out of the ball screen continuity offense.
- #1 comes off #5's ball screen and reverses to #4.
- #3 cuts to the basket, then pivots and post up. #4 will dribble over as #2 comes up. #5 flares for #1
- #4 hits #3 on the post up as #2 continues around #4.
