Make sure your 1 sets a good cross screen to get open of of the down screen from 4. Practice with your 2 on setting up his defender so he can get an open shot off of 5's pin down screen. This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season.

1. 1 passes to 4 and cuts around 5 to set a cross screen for 3.
2. 4 passes to 5, 3 starts cutting towards 1's screen.

1. 3 cuts off of 1's cross screen.
Option 1 - 5 passes to 3 for a lay up.
2. 1 cuts off of 4's down screen to the three point line.
Option 2 - 5 passes to 1 for a three point shot.

1. 2 cuts off of 5's pin down to the top of the key.
Option 3 - 1 passes to 2 for a shot.
