The Houston Rockets ran this play to open their summer league game against Golden State. It provides an opportunity to get the ball inside the paint early in the game with options to kick the ball out to shooters. As the ball is reversed 4 sets a cross screen for 2 who posts up in the logo area. 3 sets a brush screen for 5 who follows up with a pick & roll for 2.

1 dribbles to the wing then reverses the ball to 5.
5 passes to 3.
On the ball reversal, 4 screens for 2 in the post.

3 passes to 2 posting up in the logo area.
3 cuts into the lane and sets a brush screen for 5.
3, 4 & 1 get to the 3pt line for spacing. -
2 uses the ball screen from 5 for a shot, quick pass to 5, or a kickout to a shooter outside the 3pt line.
