The Washington Wizards ran this down 3 with 6.6 seconds left in the NBA Summer League quarterfinals. It gives them two options for a 3 point shot with a curl off of a double screen for a guard and a flare screen for a big.

3 cuts towards 5 then rejects the screen and cuts back to the wing.
2 cuts over the top of the screen by 5.
1 sprints up top to receive the pass from 4.

1 dribbles towards the middle of the floor.
4 & 5 cross eachother and set a double screen for 2.
1 passes to 2 for the shot..

If 2 isn't open for the shot he keeps cutting to the basket.
5 sets a flare screen for 4.
1 passes to 4 for the shot.
