Here is a 4 out quick hitter to be run vs 1-2-2 zone. 4 screens for the 1 to ignite the offense. Players play the gap and try to make two guys play the ball and attack mismatches.

To ignite the offense against a 1-2-2 we use a pick and pop with the 4.

the 4 must engage two defenders and kicks out to the 2.
the 2 pulls out x4 and drops it down to the 5.

5 starts in the short corner and moves into the paint and secures his post position.
