This play was used as a secondary break and has 5 set a slot ball-screen for 1 then roll into the post. The ball is reversed with a second ball-screen set and then 5 flashes high to the elbow.

5 rolls to the block.
1 passes to 4 who passes to 2 sliding up to the wing from the corner.

4 follows the pass to set a ball screen for 2.
2 dribbles middle as 5 flashes to the elbow.
2 passes to 5 who looks to pass to 4 rolling to the rim.
