About This Play/Drill

This Dr. Dish Shooting drill is designed for a complete post player workout. The low post can work on specific moves from the block while the high post can work on shots from the high post, dribble attack or high low passing.

  • Basketball Play - High Low Post Workout
  • Basketball Play - High Low Post Workout

  • Settings: Location (14, 8), Tempo (Coach's Remote)

    Setup: Dr. Dish setup on the wing with net reversed. Two lines of players on opposite block.

  • First post cuts across the lane, posts up and receives post entry pass.

  • As first post makes a move, scores, and passes back to the Dr. Dish net, the second player cuts to the high post. The player receives the pass and shoots or makes a move from the high post.
