Virginia used this play in the first half against Syracuse. The Cavaliers start with 3 guards out and 2 inside. They end up pulling out the high post player leaving the center zone defender with no one to guard and an open shot at the top of the key.

1 passes to 2 who passes back to 1.

1 and 2 keep moving the ball.
4 posts up x2 and x1 as the ball is moved.

1 passes to 2.

2 dribbles middle pushing 1 to the left and 3 to the corner.

4 steps out and gets the ball from 1.
5 moves opposite.

With x3 guarding 5, x1 guarding 2, and x2 guarding the ball, 1 is left wide open for a shot at the top of the key.
