Here is a simple, but very effective box set that UNC will run. This set can be run to either the Right or the Left. The point guard will simply pick a side to go off and the play can be run to either side.
1 picks a side to go to and uses a high ball screen. In this case, 1 goes Right and comes off 4 (hence the title Box "Right") to dribble over to the wing. 2 sets a diagonal screen up for 5. 5 rolls to the rim/ball side block, looking for a lay-up or post up opportunity.
1st Option: 1 passes to 5 for the lay-up or post up opportunity.
2 and 4 set a double staggered down screen for 3 to cut to the top of the key.
2nd Option: 1 passes to 3 for the shot, coming off the double staggered down screens from 2 and 4.
If 3 does not have a shot, he will reverse the ball to 2 on the wing (who popped out to the wing after screening). 4 goes down to the block and posts up after screening.
