Excellant drill teaching players to shoot off the glass. Must go game speed to get the most out of the drill. Dribble down as fast as possible then stop to pull up for shot. Game like situation which helps your players score off the break.

2nd station is to shoot the bank shot. We tell our players soft off the glass.

Full speed once the ball is caught. On last dribble before going up for shot the player puts the ball on the floor hard. Then explodes up as high as possible for bank shot.
