"Slice" is an NBA term for a shuffle cut action. This is an action that is popular with several international teams. The Turkish National Team ran this during the 2010 FIBA World Championships.
- #2 screens down for #5. #1 hits #5 on the wing.
- #1 cuts to the corner as #4 steps out. #3 flashes to the high post. #2 clears to the opposite block.
- #5 reverses the ball to #4. #2 pops out to the wing as #3 steps out and back screens for #5.
- #2 looks to feed the post and #4 and #3 stagger screen for #1.
